Directions:
Highway 36 to Century Avenue (Highway 120), approximately 6 miles from 35E going east or 1½ miles from I-694 going west. South on Century Avenue approximately 3 blocks to 7th Avenue. Right on 7th. The Legion is on the left behind the gas station.
General Information:
Capicity 200 seating.
No stairs.
Two sets of bathrooms.
Large dance floor with separate electrical.
Back entrance for music/entertainment for unloading and loading.
Cost:
$800.00 Friday Hall Rental. $400.00 due when contract is signed.
$800.00 Saturday Hall Rental. $400.00 due when contract is signed.
$150.00 Funeral Luncheons - Legion Post 39 members no charge.
$200.00 to rent on weekday nights.
$400 Sunday Hall Rental. $200.00 due when contract is signed.
** Sunday Legion hours are 12:00 - 8:00 pm.
$400.00 Damage Deposit.
(Damage Deposits reimbursed if no damage or extensive extra cleaning is required.)
$100.00 bartender fee (4 hours) ... $50.00/hour after that.
*Day of staffing fee $50.00/hour.*
Balance of hall, damage deposit and security is due 30 days prior to rental date.
Liquor must be purchased through the American Legion. Tap beer is sold by the glass. Kegs are not available. Music stops at 9:00 pm, bar closes and you must be out of Hall by 10:00 pm. **Except Sundays.
Cleaning:
Decorations must be taken down, personal items and food removed that night. Table and chairs put back in original location.
